Yoga Yoga Yoga!

Along with encouraging parents to feed their children a variety of healthy foods, we focus on movement. We do yoga to give the children an activity that demands constant listening and change in position in a short amount of time( therefore keeping them engaged!)













If your child has an issue with getting a little exercise, introduce them to a totally new idea that is not commonly done in your home! You can even take them to local kiddie gyms and sign up for a class once a week...its worth it!
